Proteome Analyst

Proteome Analyst (PA) is a web-based tool that predicts subcellular localization and GO mollecular function of proteins. PA also has the ability to explain its predictions. Finally, Proteome Analyst gives you the ability to run a large set of tools on your proteins along side its subcellular localization and function predictions.
